Key Stage 2

Children should not arrive at school before 8.40am and will be admitted through the double gates onto the playground between 8.40am and 8.50am. The childern will go straight to their classrooms where an activity will be ready for them. 

It is important that your child is on time for school. Late arrival in the classroom can be upsetting for the child and can disrupt the education of other children in the class.

Children are dismissed into the playground from their classrooms at 3.30 pm. Parents/ adults should be there to meet the children at 3.30 pm, if you are going to be delayed you should ring the school office so a message can be sent to your child and their class teacher that you are on your way.

If your Year 6 child is walking home, please ensure that you have notified the school of this in advance. Year 6 children are allowed to bring mobile phones in, but these must be switched off on entry and given to the class teacher to look after. They may be switched on again on exit.
